ABOUT
My undergraduate physiotherapy training was at Bournemouth University where I graduated with first-class honours in 2017. Following this I began an MSc in Human Nutrition at the University of Surrey which I graduated from in 2018 with distinction.

In addition to clinical work, I am currently completing my PhD through the University of Portsmouth where I am researching the management of osteoarthritis, in particular the role of weight management alongside physiotherapy for people with knee osteoarthritis.

Whilst I maintain a strong interest in all musculoskeletal conditions, my particular clinical passion is issues of the knee, including osteoarthritis, patellofemoral dislocation and post-operative rehabilitation.

I also have a role with England Athletics, providing physiotherapy to athletes at national and international competitions and am currently a physiotherapist for Horsham Rugby Club.
Being involved with teaching is another passion. My teaching experience includes work as a lecturer where I ran a nutrition module on a BSc Sports Injury Management degree programme for two academic years. I have had the honour of being invited as a guest speaker at a number of conferences and on internationally recognised physiotherapy education platforms.

I pride myself on being truly person-focussed and am committed to working with people to achieve their goals.
