My experience as a Physiotherapist, understanding of nutrition and background of personal training are what I aspire to combine into one all-encompassing service.

Regarding my own sporting/physical passions, I have previously competed in a number of Physique/Fitness Model bodybuilding competitions. In 2017 I placed 1st in the MASS SPC and later that year won Junior Fitness Model at the Pure Elite World Championships. Two achievements I am incredibly proud of and a journey I learn't a lot from which I aspire to use in helping others reach their goals.

Outside of work I spend my time weight training, running, playing football, walking and making Physio & Nutrition content for Instagram.

  • MSc Human Nutrition - University of Surrey

I completed my 12-month master's degree between 2017-2018. This included a wide variety of nutrition topics. My research for this was involved with designing an exercise plan and analysing the diet for chronic renal patients receiving dialysis.

My undergraduate degree ran from 2014-2017, this allowed me to become a Chartered Physiotherapist. This involved a combination of academic learning alongside placements in; musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, elderly care, acute stroke and spinal rehabilitation.

  • BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy - Bournemouth University

Before finishing my A-levels, I knew that this was the area I wanted to work in and so enrolled in the Premier Training International Personal Training diploma before I had left college. I completed this in 2013 and went straight into working on the gym floor with clients for a year before university.

  • Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
